Multi-Utility Controller Board

This Multi-Utility Controller Board is developed as a flexible and scalable platform for systems that demand accurate sensing, multi-channel data acquisition, and reliable control.

At its core, the board integrates a multi-channel instrumentation amplifier optimized for load cell signal conditioning, ensuring precise and stable measurement even in electrically noisy environments. Alongside this, it supports multiple IR sensor channels for detection, monitoring, and event-based applications.

IoT Gateway Development

A reliable IoT system always starts with a well-designed gateway. This image shows one of the custom IoT gateway hardware boards we’ve been working on, designed to securely bridge field devices with cloud platforms using MQTT-based communication.

While developing this gateway, the focus was on:
• Stable and efficient power management for field deployments
• Reliable wired and wireless connectivity
• MQTT support for lightweight, low-latency data transfer
• Embedded firmware capable of edge processing and data buffering
• Secure device-to-cloud communication for long-term deployments

Engineered with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and consistent output, the ESU is suitable for use in demanding operation theatre environments.

Our ESU platform is built on a robust electronics and embedded firmware architecture, ensuring stable performance across a wide range of surgical applications while meeting the expectations of modern medical standards.
